ITS WHITE FORMULA DRIES WITH A PERMANENT TACK, CREATING AN IDEAL BONDING SURFACE BEFORE WALLPAPER INSTALLATION. WATER-RESISTANT AND EASY TO APPLY, IT PROVIDES EXCELLENT COVERAGE AND RELIABLE ADHESION ON DIFFICULT SUBSTRATES.
